Bill Hunter from the East of Scotland Association will give an insight into his journey to become a show judge and give his observations on how to prepare well for a show and what a judge will look for.<\/p>\n
This will be an interactive lecture with FBA members encouraged to bring along an “entry” for an “open” judging competition for a little bit of fun and to allow Bill to demonstrate his thoughts. A tasting competition could also be included as part of his lecture. Both honey and wax products will be required on the night from FBA members to make this a success.<\/p>\n
